She specializes in using mindfulness-based approaches and a combination of interventions involving mind, body, and soul to address anxiety, stress, burnout issues, career transitions/decisions, work/relationship challenges, self-esteem, and a focus on trauma.

Michelle takes an intersectional and holistic approach in therapy with a focus on compassion, curiosity, and authenticity to provide a nonjudgmental and affirming space. Michelle aims to assist clients in becoming more present with their life, identify unhelpful patterns, and use strategies to overcome their present day challenges. Operating from a decolonized lens, Michelle does not not pose as the expert in her client’s life and aims to collaborate and support her clients to draw from their strengths, internal wisdom, and power to connect with their values and truest self so that clients feel liberated to participate in their life in a way that makes sense for them. She is committed to guiding her clients to improve self-understanding, compassion, and insight to make changes in their life for improved healing, balance, joy, and overall wellness.
