Description:
Take a moment to pause and reflect on your day with our guided journaling sessions, held each week on videochat.
Journaling has been proven to be effective for maintaining healthy mental health through the process of reflection and the regulation of our emotions. It has also been shown increase feelings of self-confidence and personal resilience.
Each week, we will have a specific theme with a few prompts to choose from, followed by an optional sharing period.
