Cassandra understands life to be an extraordinary and precious challenge that everyone deserves support with.  She wholeheartedly practices integrative approaches to mental, emotional, physical and spiritual wellbeing.  Over the past 10 years she has facilitated numerous programs with adults, youth, children, and seniors in a wide range of settings including mental health clinics, hospitals, universities and community health centres, in one of the most culturally diverse cities in the world.  The practices of Cultural Humility and Cultural Safety deeply inform how she holds space.  Cassandra believes that every person is the expert of their own experience and that accessing inner wisdom and wellbeing is an intrinsic capacity that every human being is worthy of.

As a white, cisgendered, European settler to this sacred land of Turtle Island, Cassandra recognizes that she holds responsibility to contribute to reparations for the historical and ongoing harms of colonization, racism, white supremacy and other forms of oppression.  She is committed to an ongoing process of learning how to contribute to healing and harmonious relationships with all humans, living beings and the Earth.  People of all racial identities, sexual and gender identities, ethnicities, cultures, religions, spiritualities, abilities, and world-views are welcomed and honored.
