  2. Select a time slot, answer a few questions, and we’ll send you a confirmation email for your appointment.

  3. Your counselor will message you on Whatsapp at the scheduled time. Start chatting and your counselor will guide you through questions to help you better cope with whatever is bothering you today.

All of our counselors are compassionate, warm individuals who have been through their own struggles, and are dedicated to helping others. Each has gone through extensive training in our highly impactful, evidence-based, solution-focused model of care.
