Format: Online video session, meets every Thursday

Duration: 30 minutes, weekly

Description:

Art is fun and reduces the effects of mental health issues while alleviating stress hormones. Surrounding yourself with meaningful art, in the long run, can be a great form of self-therapy and relief. 

You can even just come and hang out. Feel free to keep your camera on or off and bring paper and something to draw with (pen, pencil, paint markers, crayons, etc.).
