With a variety of options to learn, grow, and heal, we teach evidence-based interventions and coping skills designed to foster resilience.

Together, our compassionate community members, instructors, and experts inspire one another, grow, learn, and transform pain into healing, adversity into strength, helplessness into empowerment, and uncertainty into hope.

Learn & Grow: Courses

In our self-help programs, members sign up through a quick intake questionnaire, then land immediately in the group message board–the entire sign up is less than a minute. All course materials are immediately available, and can be completed at one’s own pace.

Our instructor-led programs run Monday through Friday; instructors share a 3-5 minute exercise each day, with an interactive prompt. Members practice the skills together, whenever convenient, share their experiences in the group discussion board, and help one another. Instructors offer expertise and guidance throughout.

The program materials are available 24/7, even after the culmination of the 1-2 week long program. 

Connect: Live Events

Weekly video drop in group events run by trained mental health instructors. All sessions are designed to build resilience, teach invaluable skills, instill hope and confidence, as well as assist participants to make and keep behavior change goals.

Connect with others, feel less alone, grow together. Cameras always optional.
