Jordana de Lory is a Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist and Provisional Registered Drama Therapist with a Masters' in Counseling Psychology and Drama Therapy from the California Institute of Integral Studies. Jordana specializes in anxiety and depression, identity exploration, self-esteem, relationships and family challenges, grief and loss, addiction, and life transitions (such as career, school, parenthood, relational, etc).

Jordana’s background spans nearly two decades working in diverse settings including community mental health, school-based counseling, hospital settings, social and restorative justice, and therapeutic arts. Whatever challenges her clients are experiencing, Jordana works collaboratively with her clients in the present moment to bring forth their strengths, resilience, and innate wisdom to support them in connecting to their core values and personal power. Understanding everyone has their own unique struggles and experiences, Jordana draws upon Dialectical Behavior and Cognitive Behavioral Therapies, as well as Narrative, action-oriented, and solution-focused methods to help clients understand the root causes of distress, explore the forces that are influencing challenges, while providing clients with real-time tools and solutions to feel better.

Jordana’s approach is warm, compassionate, authentic, and playful. Jordana creates a safe and non-judgmental space to help people reclaim and tap into their personal agency, energy, vitality, and joy. Jordana is honored to support people from all backgrounds to understand their thoughts, feelings, and experiences so they can feel empowered to make self-actualized choices in their lives.
