Michelle has experience addressing concerns related to anxiety, stress, life transitions/decisions, family/relationship challenges, self-esteem, mind-body connection, and a focus on trauma through a holistic lens. She has experience working with LGBTQIA+, BIPOC, and first-generation communities.

Michelle takes a warm, interactive, and curious approach as a therapist, with a focus on creating a nonjudgmental and affirming space for clients. Michelle aims to assist clients in developing a better understanding of themselves, identifying unhelpful patterns, and developing strategies to overcome their present-day challenges. Operating from a decolonized lens, Michelle does not pose as the expert in the client’s life, instead, she sees herself as collaborating with clients on drawing from their strengths and exploring changes that can help improve overall wellness.
