Sophia Brumm is an Associate Professional Clinical Counselor with a Master’s Degree in Counseling from Prescott College and Bachelor’s Degree in Business Leadership from Azusa Pacific University. She specializes in domestic violence, sexual assault, anger, depression, anxiety, and a focus on trauma.

Using a humanistic client-centered approached coupled with solution-focused methods, Sophia is committed to helping individuals identify their sense of self and reconstruct healthy, positive core beliefs. Ultimately altering clients’ perception and launching them into attainable life goals. Sophia utilizes her experiences working with a vast array of populations, including survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault, offenders, and students to walk alongside individuals with empathy and tools to aid clients in gaining control back in their lives.  Sophia also provides services for those in transitional experiences in their life (moving away from home, marriage, divorce, becoming a parent, etc.).

Sophia is warm, non-judgmental, and has an unconditional positive regard towards clients to provide safety and trust in the session. Sophia looks forward to seeing you transition from surviving this life to living your best self.
