This unique, anonymous online space helps you to set goals–academic, personal, or interpersonal–and have a group of peers to hold you accountable to follow through. Our online message boards are moderated by counselors, so you get expert guidance on your own schedule, coupled with peer support.
Services include:

Drop in groups
Held weekly, these drop in online groups are an opportunity to gain perspective and connect with others. Cameras optional.
Guided Journaling - pause and reflect on your day, Wednesdays at 8:30am PT
Creative de-Stress Online - art for self-therapy and relief, Thursdays at 3pm PT
Calming Yoga - calming and grounding exercises, Fridays at 3pm PT
Mindful Moments - Guided meditation for stress relief, Saturdays at 7:30am PT
